RETURNS POLICY.

ChessZ wants you to be happy with your purchase. However, we understand that there are circumstances that warrant a return. Please read the following terms carefully.
RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION.
Before returning any items, you must first obtain a return goods authorization (RGA) number from ChessZ. You can obtain this number by calling +35-(0)61-395374 and speaking to one of our customer service representatives or by sending an e-mail to chessadare@yahoo.co.uk. No returns will be accepted without a valid RGA number issued by ChessZ.
TIMEFRAME FOR RETURNS - GOODS YOU HAVE CHANGED YOUR MIND ON.
You may return any product, excluding software, CDs, and videos for a refund within 30 days of receipt of the product. This time frame begins the day you receive the product and ends the day you ship the product back.
RETURNING ITEMS - DEFECTIVE OR WRONGLY SHIPPED.
ChessZ will pay postage for any item that is defective or when we have made a mistake in packaging your order. Upon receipt of your returned item, ChessZ will ship the replacement item to you at no charge. If an item is defective, we will only pay for the return shipping, when we send out the same item as a replacement.
If you want to make a return for any other reason, including dissatisfaction with the product or colour, and you meet the requirements listed in the sections above, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. You still need to obtain an RGA number prior to shipping the item back to us.
We will not credit you for return shipping when you return an item (defective or not) for a refund instead of a replacement item. Please be thorough in your shopping to avoid unnecessary returns. Contact us if you have any questions about any product on our site.
CONDITION OF RETURNS.
All returns must be in a new or saleable condition. Items that are returned and are non-saleable due to use or damage will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. The only exception to this rule is for warranty returns or items damaged in shipping (see both Product Policy and the following terms for more information).
REFUNDS FOR GOODS YOU HAVE CHANGED YOUR MIND ABOUT.
All approved returns will be refunded 100% of the purchase price. However, you will not be reimbursed for any shipping or handling charges.
SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS.
ChessZ cannot accept returns of any software products, CDs, DVDs or videos except for replacement. No exceptions. Please do not expect ChessZ to be your computer consultant. We sell the software, but the software companies do their own support. Please contact them for help.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN.
If you have any questions about making a return please contact ChessZ. After obtaining a RGA number please include all original packaging along with a note explaining the return. All returns must be shipped to:

ChessZ will not be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged when being returned. You must deal directly with the freight company or Postal service you used. ChessZ will do its best to cooperate.
REFUNDS.
ChessZ will process your refund as soon as possible, but please allow up to 1 week to receive your refund. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by the mail or by your credit card company. ChessZ will try to refund you in the same manner in which you paid - by credit card or by checque or cash. If you have not received your refund after 1 week, please contact us.

SHIPPING POLICY.

ChessZ uses the Irish postal service or a local courier to ship all products to you. Please contact us if you have any questions about our shipping policy.
FREIGHT CHARGES.
You will be charged the exact amount shown in your shopping cart. For some orders (including orders that exceed a certain weight) you may need to place your order via phone in order for us to custom quote your shipping charges.
SHIPPING ERRORS.
Your total shipping costs will be exactly those shown on the shopping cart web page. If you are not given a shipping quote on the website (due to being outside Ireland or ordering more than 60 pounds of merchandise) then you will be contacted via email or telephone for a price quote. Regardless of where you receive your shipping quote, you will be charged that amount for shipping and there will be no refunds given based on a misunderstanding of shipping.
TIMEFRAME.
ChessZ will, unless otherwise noted, ship your order within 3 to 5 business days (Mon-Fri). If we cannot ship your order within 3 business days we will make a reasonable effort to contact you.
EXPEDITED SHIPMENTS.
If you need an expedited shipment please call us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate you.
NOTIFICATION.
ChessZ will email you a tracking number at any time, if available!
